If you find an email in your Outlook Junk Email folder, that is NOT Junk. You can make that email address as Trusted/Safe (not Junk) in Outlook.

Got to the ‘Junk Folder’
Right click on the email Sender
Go to ‘Security Options’
Click ‘Mark as not Junk’
