About Emails Hosted with your Website
Emails Hosted with your Website are NOT Recommended.
Emails on a Standard Email Server, like Webmail, are free or have no extra cost on top of the website hostingg.

- Expect very high levels of Spam
- Expect a very high number of emails that will end up in Junk mail or not be delivered at all
- Less secure than a Dedicated Mail Server

If you are using Webmail and you are looking for Mail Settings
Go to your Webmail Dashboard https://YourDomain.com/webmail
– Log in with your email address as the Username and the email Password
– Go to Configure Mail Client, which is on the Dashboard and in the drop-down menu, top right corner of the page.
Incoming and or Outgoing Mail Server Settings
Normally, you would use mail.yourdomain.com for the Incoming Mail Server and it can be used for the Outgoing Mail Server Settings.
In some cases you may be using the actual Server address for Incoming and or Outgoing Mail Server Settings
