NOTE: * IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is best if you check email from multiple devices, because your messages are stored with your email provider until you delete them. As long as your devices can connect to your email service, your mailbox stays the same on each device. If you use POP (Post Office Protocol) on more than one device, those changes don’t appear on every device, and new messages delivered to one device may not be delivered to your other devices.

*IMAP accounts leave emails on the server & will require a lot higher maintenance to delete old emails or your mail server will fill up & this will require increasing the Server capacity. Please ask us if this is required.

Here are screen shots of my settings on my Mac Mail Email Program.

This is an error similar to the one I had ‘Mail cannot verify the identity of the server mail.findnetsolutions.com.au’ & used the other settings below.

So I changed the incoming & outgoing mail server setting from mail.findnetsolutions.com.au to lanos.websitewelcome.com (Note: your incoming & outgoing mail server setting may need picanto.websitewelcome.com)
