We are here to help you throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have undertaken several practices to ensure safe servicing of your vehicle with minimal impact. If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to ask any of our helpful staff.

Premier Automotive are implementing several additional hygiene measures, allowing you the reassurance that we have the safety of our customers, staff and the broader community in mind throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.

✅ All of our technicians will continue to wear gloves while they work on your vehicle.

✅ A general wipe down of high contact areas such as keys and door handles.

✅ All technicians will maintain personal hygiene between jobs by washing and sanitising their hands thoroughly.

✅ We can send all invoices via email if rathered than providing hard copies in person.

✅ All payments can be made through many contactless or electronic methods.

✅ We will be maintaining social distancing as per federal guidelines

We are also offering extra Customer Support including: 

✅ Pick up and drop off service if you cannot or do not wish to leave your home.

✅ Optional (on request) bacterial decontamination services for interior and air conditioning systems.

✅ The use of key pick up and drop off safes/slots.
